This is my main problem with introducing functional programming in OOP languages (like streams in Java). If it was a for loop I'd know at first glance at the exception what exactly failed... If your language & IDE does not support

There's orders of magnitude more libertarians than oligarchs. It's even in the name :) Most libertarians aren't rational egoists, they are just naive losers oligarchs take advantage of to get more power.

SV made the choice before (by accepting money from dictatorships for political influence via social media). Attempts at regulation were a reaction to that. There's no way the situation can stay like that forever. There will be regulati

There's a Polish guy that volunteered in Ukraine building drones, he talked about this. There are tricks to avoid most of the GPS jamming, long-distance drones use them (he said the evolution is crazy fast, every 3 months there's

The main application would obviously be missiles and autonomous military drones. If you can use GPS - you should. It's crazy cheap and it doesn't accumulate errors over time. But in a war GPS can be jammed. This can't.

This is a rare advantage nonenglish programming teams have. We have additional namespace for free. If it's the class it's account. If it's just an account it's konto or however you say account in your language. Sometimes

On Earth you need to compete against other people doing the same. So you design on the edge of performance to extract the last few percents of efficiency to compete on price against all the other people doing the same thing. Which means the

This is mostly because when you write from scratch you have to understand the whole control flow. Frameworks encourage learning stuff on "as-needed" basis, and you often don't know what you should know. So you do stuff on lay

Villages are smaller so they are easier to generate and fit on a page than towns. But people design based on what they experience (in games and in real-life). So most adventures take place in towns or in the wilderness. Americans probably n
