Nowhere did I say it'd be limited to DRM, I said it would be limited to music purchased from the iTunes store. Even though today's iTunes music doesn't contain DRM it is still fingerprinted and Apple (and iTunes) know exactly whether a song

For all the talk about how Amazon/Google require people to upload their own libraries, there's absolutely no way that the music labels will allow Apple to skip this for anything other than iTunes (and probably only iTunes+) purchased music.

I'm not super impressed by Amazon's cloud drive so far, but I immediately signed up for the 50GB/$50 a year plan and am now using it at work. So far my experience is mixed, but I hope there will be enough early adopters to encourage them (a

Note: TetherMe (native tethering on jailbroken iPhones) sends all tethered data through the same APN as mobile data by default so users won't fall foul of the APN detection method mentioned here. Of course that wouldn't stop AT&T &

I find it hard to believe that 30% of potential mobile phone purchasers even know what Android is. I would love to know how they performed this survey.

I've heard this many times but have yet to see it. An H1-B holder is free to leave their employer at anytime and move company, providing that new company agree to file the change with USCIS. This can be done an unlimited number of times and

Not exactly. A company only has to advertise these jobs if they are determined to be "H1-B dependent" (> 15% of employees are on that visa), or they need labor certification for a different form of visa (H2-B, E3).

Rather than "you're never to old! follow your heart!" cheerleading, it would be a lot more useful to hear HOW the author deals with the the array of commitments the average 30-40 year old person has. Mortgage, day care, insurance, kid commi

There's nothing special about this. I've written numerous classes in C++/C# that return a single object to the creator but instantiate or swap between different impl classes based on usage patterns.

I wonder if they're doing anything clever to reduce storage size. For example - an MP3/AAC song purchased from the same service has a small unique header (e.g. where your iTunes account name is stored) and then identical music data. I imagi
