Three of these methods are effectively, "My life is probably better than theirs anyway," and two are, "It wasn't a fair fight anyway." This might work on a surface level, but you're just plastering over the pro

There's no blood requirement to get Japanese citizenship. It's actually easier than many western countries, including the US, for skilled immigrants. They just don't allow much unskilled immigration, which is why the total nu

What about sorting, reordering (as in the article), or allowing the user to pick preferred order? Also allowing other data such as phonetic name to be applied per name (again useful for sorting and other features). There are tons of reasons

They’re certainly not tourist traps; they’re a staple for people living in central Tokyo. Many years ago I lived in Shibuya and Donki was the only place I could get a lot of basic supplies, including even groceries, at a reasonable price. N

The t-shirts do seem ridiculous, but they're famous for their pants, which are definitely in the same range as normal pants. A lot more than $20 at Wal-Mart, but less than many mall brands.

Just wanted to say thank you for trying to make native apps with thoughtful UX! I also frequently bemoan how far we've fallen since the golden age of app design and implementation.

Did you just forget Windows Phone ever existed? Also Palm and a few others. And Chrome originally swept the world because it was just so much better (most faster) than everything else. That’s why the tech industry migrated initially, and th
