Obviously, this is problematic as it would be implemented currently, since age verification is necessarily tied to state identification, meaning that you're forced to give up your privacy to verify your age. If there was a good way to

You might be interested in the FakeTV project on Github, specifically "Psuedo Channel". I found it a while back searching about basically the same idea (i.e. "how could I simulate something like TV but provide all my own cont

I said the same to a conspiratorially minded friend today ... Like dude, if they're aliens who are capable of finding us and then _coming here_ they're not going to be getting shot down by the Air Force. Just think of what kind of

Obviously this is wildly anecdotal and a laughably tiny sample size, but I have found myself moving back towards a few favorite cheap beers over the last few years. I just got kinda sick of heavy stouts and hop-bomb IPAs, and have found mys

I got such a kick out of this comment as a response to the parent. Very funny juxtaposition, thanks for the morning chuckle. (tl;dr: lol)

Great question, I'd guess emulating it is within the capabilities of the device. (I don't know much about the Spectrum but just a guess based on age). Would those games work well on a controller? The RG351 is really just an ARM Li

I have trouble buying this, having seen the salaries being offered by local government agencies looking for devs. I guess if the layoffs depress wages across the board some of it might start to look a _little_ more reasonable, but even in a

Played the first 6 or 7 levels. I enjoyed this a lot, and I'm not usually much for puzzle games. One thing I like is that you let the user undo as many moves as they want, and also that I can retry a puzzle without any kind of feeling

Ah, the PSP was so much fun back in its day. I only had a few actual PSP games, I was much more interested in that thing for all the homebrew and emulation stuff I could do on it. I recently got an Anbernic RG351V, which is nowhere near as

Scaling doesn't seem likely to be a major concern in my case, although it's definitely worth thinking about. I do eventually plan to release this thing to the public though. I guess if I end up with enough users to need to worry a

Good thing I didn't keep procrastinating, ha! My project is a Phoenix app, and the thing that's been stalling me lately is that the feature I'm working on seemed like a good candidate to be built with Liveview, which I have a

I'm enjoying it a lot too, I've always been a bit frustrated by what you describe with Spotify. It's like it's keying more on genre than sound, which has both pros and cons, but ends up giving me a lot of music that is n

To be fair, I'm not sure that's the case re: unflavored liquid, I was just speculating. That said, as with any prohibition, yes, there will obviously be people selling vapes / liquid illegally now. It's quite frustrating
