I really don't get the appeal of Temu. I checked it out a while back and it's literally the lowest quality garbage at the lowest price possible. I was curious enough to see what I'd receive if I bought anything from them and

Nothing wrong with this imo. I actually hope more open source projects start with a business source license if their ultimate goal is to become a SaaS platform. I think we've seen time and time again large enterprises abusing the spiri

I think early on in AirBnB's existence I've had the delightful experience, interesting hosts, etc. The last 2-3 years though, it has been less than stellar with both super host and non-super hosts stays for a majority of the stays

AirBnB hosts are unrealistic with their expectations. The raising costs, ridiculous cleaning fees, absurd "house rules", etc. make AirBnB pretty much a no-go for me these days. Hotels have great amenities, really good customer sup

I'm not saying anyones opinion is incorrect. FSD may work better in some places and worse in others. But I live in Las Vegas. We have wide roads, both highways and regular roads well maintained, great weather, and other elements that w

I've had access to FSD Beta since like the very first version. It hasn't made any significant progress to be honest. It still does the dumbest most unsafe things at the absolute worst time. In super ideal conditions it may be ok,

I feel like the myth-building stuff really fell apart for Elon after he exposed himself with the Twitter stuff. For a good half-decade in the 2010's he was real-life Tony Stark. Rockets, self-driving cars, clean energy, super unrealist

Even before owning an EV, whenever I would do a road trip, I would rent a car/SUV. it gave me a piece of mind. I wasn't putting 100s of miles on my car. It was much easier. A road trip is an outlier for me. I go on maybe 1-3/

Which is exactly what the poster above said. Buy car for 99% of use cases and hire out for the outlier. EVs are perfect if you road trip once or twice a year. If you’re road tripping every weekend then they may not be a good solution for yo

I can't believe Google hasn't sent any information to Domains users so far. All I've learned about this has come from Twitter, HN, etc. Google Domains website doesn't mention the sale at all. Seems sketchy af.

I don't think anyone thinks AWS pricing is justified and in fact many complain about it, but AWS is a behemoth and if you want to reach your customers, you're going to spend money with them. With AWS you get charged on consumption

Honestly so many Amazon items are literally Aliexpress drop shipped items. For most results when you get a random brand name like XYZKA, DKSJD, etc. if you search for that product on Ali, you'll find it at 1/5th the cost and it&#x

Data caps are the biggest rip off and just a way for ISPs to extract extra revenue from customers that don't have a choices. I live in a newer community that has 2 providers that offer 1Gbps service. Neither has a data cap. My parents

The whole Amazon.com experience has been getting worse and worse as the years go by. Everything from the products they sell, quality control, customer service, dark patterns in the UI, etc. I wonder how long until you have to call someone o

We don't live in a binary world where it's one or the other. But having more money, makes it much easier to get back your time and spend that invaluable and unreplenishable resource however you want.
