Thank you for writing this. As much as people repeat the exercise mantra, it helps to see someone in a very similar situation improve. I'm not likely to go to a gym, but I hopefully will be pushing myself to start exercising. We'l

My health has deteriorated along with my mind. I've gained ~30lbs (male) putting me on the edge of a 30 BMI, but honestly it takes so much effort to focus on weight when I'm already suffering in mood and sleep. I'm trying to

Nowadays it's quite rare. I never enjoyed in-person contact, and a few years working in an office was enough for me to write it off entirely. I try not to be too reclusive, though I probably am. COVID didn't really affect me at al

What point is considered exhaustion, and how often should this be performed? I've gone on 20+ mile bike rides that have left me pretty tired, but I don't think I felt any better mentally/slept any better. Is it more of an &qu

I've being going through a cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) course, but that's not really akin to talking to someone. I have been very resistant to the idea of therapy, as I don't tend to open up to people I k
