a little long winded, but very interesting if Wozniak responds...and wow, referendum difficulty in NY :/ would be interesting if we had a digital ranking site for bubbling up referendums without such lobbying costs.

I agree, the old tool had many issues, and I think for the "synthetic" portion, moving over to Lighthouse (used in the browser, headless chrome) makes sense. But, the sudden move from basing ranks off median vs to the 90th percent

Yes, impulsive, creative, wild, dangerous, bored people doing riskier things have 2x mortality. There's a lot of things that'll increase it a lot more -- like different geolocations.

Well it doesn't take much to think: keep the servers running, assume the House version will eventually pass and it can be used to back justify during this little gap period.
