Don't forget: No ability to transfer ownership to other companies. Google docs can only be transferred within a company. Documents can be shared with accounts on other companies, but the ownership stays with the creator. Ie: I can't create

You can't brute force if you don't know the cipher. Heres an example: Imagine a code that smartly encodes and hides spoken voice. No amount of brute force would be able to crack that.
