Curious if this can work on the GBA ARM platform? I’m under the impression that the current gb emulator is a bit lacking.

Just to be clear, it was a mac game. It still came out and Halo: Combat Involved ran beautifully on PPC and Intel (Rosetta 1 translation?). Good memories of that game. I still haven’t played marathon :0

Totally agree! My Game Boy Advanced power light is green for about an hour then red for hours and hours on my eneloops. Also my Tascam field recorder has the option for alkaline or NiMH batteries. I still have some kitchen scales that won’t

I know recording live music can get hairy, but yikes! How was 16bits not enough? Were all the preamps set to max? Who records at -12db - -6db? Record at a way lower level and boost at the amp stage?

I’m under the impression it’s a similar thing in Sweden regarding trains. I heard they give you money to cover a taxi if the train is late by a few minutes or something.

Whilst it is for burning fossile files, when you’re burning the wood that grew on your property over the past 20 years, the carbon cycle is much shorter. Especially if your property grows it all back, it’s a closed carbon loop.

I always wished there was a bandcamp like service for things other than music. Unfortunately they still take fees etc, but still quite an excellent user experience for owning and buying music.

Reminds me a lot of Automator on macOS which I’ve always loved. I’m not on the current OS versions so I haven’t tried shortcuts on mac (I use it on my iPhone sometimes, not as useful though). It’s great seeing more cross platform tools like

I love the simplicity. I wish there were more simple powerful apps that respected the user. The app is only 456.8 KB! Well done!

Huge thanks to the team and community here at HN. I don’t know what else I’d use my phone for if it wasn’t for this site! My favourite source of procrastination.

I agree with the article being gold. Not so much on them being the best around. We’re lucky to have so so many outstanding reverb plugins available as musicians. They’re definitely in the upper levels though!

Pro tip: You can continually sign up for trial versions of the full suite for 90 days. At the end of the 90 days you sign up with another email and a new free trail. I’ve heard of a few produces that have done this for many many years.
