That's a really interesting perspective and a good point. Reminds of "Age of Em". Interested to see what the effects would be of digit beings before integrating current generation of AI would be.

There's value, the tech works, but applying it is surprisingly hard. I met someone who dedicates their life to using machine learning to replace/aid/automate pathologists 6+ hour days searching for cancer tumors in lungs. The

Serious question - maybe the word "union" or "guild" is a branding problem? We could do some basic user research and come up with a more appealing name.(Think Universal Basic Income -> Freedom Dividend) I'd be mo

Electronic Arts used 3D scanning / photogrammetry in the new Star Wars Battlefront II. You're right - the topology is a huge problem - but we're starting to see specialized tools that can take minimal input from the artist an

The more steps between you and the revenue the less you get paid based on the value you bring. Far away from the revenue, the value you bring just sets a wage ceiling. You deserve exactly as much as what you can bargain for. Which could be

I agree with Drakonka that it's dystopian when being moderately assertive talking about labor rights is viewed as a reason to fire someone. Especially when these kinds of notifications have a history of being used to tamely spread info
