No, I don't think that's accurate. In the scenario you pose, sticking and switching have an equal reward, so both are valid solutions.

This article is mostly nonsense, but the paragraphs that really stood out to me as particularly stupid were these: Throughout all modern history, when we humans see a problem coming from far away, we have a 100% success rate in so

One of the limits is that you can't choose where your downloads go. Also, there are now ads on the unpaid version, which I think weren't there before. I grew to dislike the app after running into the limits/ads. It does work,

I don't understand what sort of environment you work in where you don't encounter situations where comments could add clarity to the code. Do you never see code that has global side effects? Or that is written a particular way to

Obviously not. But you are presenting a polarized pair of scenarios which I don't agree are the only possible outcomes. I think we can strive for something in the middle, between chaos and robotic like use of crosswalks.

Do you have a newer MBP? I'm running Sierra on a 2013 MBP. I suspect part of my experience is due to Firefox relying more on the GPU than Chrome, and the GPU in this laptop sucks. I haven't experimented with turning off hardware a
