I'm not saying Brazil is not part of Latin America. What I am saying is I don't call myself a latino. Nobody in South America or Central America calls themselves latinos. That's a US made up term. We all call ourselves by our

Heh, I feel the same way towards DEI: I'm from Brazil and this stupid DEI stuff keeps putting me in the "LatinX" bucket. I freaking hate that. I'm not a freaking latino. That is a dumb denomination created by the US. Yet

Take this as constructive advice: stop expecting your job to be fulfilling. Yes, most jobs are filled with corporate drudgery. Business doesn't generally require tough (technical) problems to be solved. The point of business is always

Frankly that makes no sense in the context of a bodybuilder. All of those studies listed in the review you posted are targeting either overweight people or "normal weight", both miles away from the body composition of a bodybuilde

Your comment makes no sense in the context of Menno’s work. He’s a bodybuilder, coaches bodybuilders, and his content targets bodybuilders. You’ve just built a straw man argument. When you say “then you stop eating carbs to get shredded” is

Yeah, I compete in bodybuilding shows. My end goal is to get a WNBF pro card by the time I’m 40. I’m 29 right now, so got plenty of shows to come :)

I’m a bodybuilder. I train 5x per week, generally around 5.30am so I can get it done before work starts. It serves as a backbone for my day and I appreciate that no matter what happens, what I do at the gym is entirely under my control and

I agree with you, but I don't if it would make much of a difference. IMO the best solution (from an employee protection PoV) would be for Ireland to ban these clauses. But I doubt all of the tech companies that actually bring money to
