The problem is we don’t let the market fix it. Instead we continue to pile on regulations that decentivize competition for better health outcomes. Blame the socialist democrats and conservatives that continue to strengthen the monopolies

I don’t agree with the premise that there is a problem with boomers buying a home and renting it out to someone who would rather rent than own. I see the problem is rather monopolies and hedge funds buying homes by the thousands and driving
