- Arbalest 5y ago40 acres. 16 hectares. A 400m x 400m block (equivalent). Not sure that's really enough for a city. A very small town perhaps. The big thing here, is that it's a way for Corporations to basically not be bound by all the laws of the state. That's, concerning. For all the reasons that have been covered numerous times in scifi dystopian media.
