Yeah I don't know what they're talking about either. I believe they probably just aren't aware that the browser has settings you can configure to your liking

If you take a minute and go through the settings one time, I think you could figure out how to disable what you don't like and enable what you do like. I use several browsers but with Brave I haven't seen anything like what you&#x

They have to make money somehow. They're pretty upfront about the way it works. They just used a different idea than that of Google. You can also opt out of tailored ads. People like it because it's fast with a built-in ad blocker

Why would we raise taxes when Trumps tax cuts actually ended up bringing in more revenue because of economy boost it brought. Why is it these people want to repeat history knowing that it doesn't work like they hope it will?

I'm not an electric car fan at all, but recalls happen all the time. The cyber truck is something entirely new so I wouldn't expect something like that to just be flawless.

DDG got crappier when they stopped indexing the Russian search engine Yandex in my opinion. If there's anything I'm having trouble finding on DDG, I just search for it on Yandex now

No, it's not compromised. Yes, people still use it. Not sure why it's not talked about though. And no, it hasn't been rebranded the dark web. The dark web is accessible through the Tor Browser, but it's still the Tor Bro

I wish the US would get on the ball and implement something like this. It's way past due. Not only that, but I believe these tech companies along with ISP's need to be broken up as well to add some more competition.

Off topic a little I think, but can someone tell me why apps from Snaps will allow you to change the way an icon looks but apps from Flatpak will not? Thanks

They used this law against me in East Texas. Cost me $8000 to get my car back. They threatened me into signing a confession note. There police station looked like a pawn shop on steroids.

I use Kubuntu and don't have any complaints. I love all the customization. Yes, it has Snap, but I also use flathub. Either way, it works great

Same router here & it did that to me all day yesterday but I'm not as tech savvy as some of you guys so I don't have a clue how to fix it. Hopefully I'll figure it out by the end of the day
