It is just asymmetry of power. We all would condemn someone who was stealing from poor(relatively speaking), while stealing from rich isn't frowned upon that much. This is nothing new, nothing related to Amazon itself. Just part of hum

Plaintext vs diagrams or videos vary greatly by person. I for example cannot stand videos at all when it comes to learning - it is either too drawn out, or too distracting - and i actually prefer plaintext. On the other hand i have few frie

You would get usb-C bootleg cables with missing features. Instead of having USB-C branding on them, they'll have generic 'works with any modern phone!' etc. I mean cable with all the features is damn expensive if you compare

I would rather say that it is a management problem. Focus shifted from building userbase and sustaining business to milking ad revenue.

Oh god, JS version of gmail is unusable on firefox. Takes minutes(!) to load(multiple powerful machines - i7 3770k, i5 6th gen and i7 7700, tested on fresh OS installs of both Win10 and Ubuntu) - it fakes loaded status usually by displaying

I just hate one single thing about Excel - all function names are localized - and in case of my native language - they are horrible and inconsistent.

they can write whatever they want when asking user to 'waive' GDPR rights. That isn't legally binding at all.

I expect minimal value of N to be either sky high, or decent..with plenty of exceptions written in ToS so that it dosen't do anything - just like most 'out out' forms in other sites that always 'fail' to deliver you

I am a fan of GDPR to be honest. Banning will hinder them, but it is just case by case band-aid solution. Risk of huge fine that can put you out of business seems more logical.

Remember what happened with GPDR. There was also a two year period to adapt. Everyone scrambled to do it in last week, or last few days. there could be plenty of reasons: it didn't bring them expected revenue, that team was allocated s
