A single dead pixel is pretty hard to notice on the rMBP. Chances are that it is multiple dead pixels. I love my machine but it's going back at some point because it has what seem to be 3 dead single pixels, a couple doubles, a quadruple, a

Their "Backlink Bomb" provides "50,000+ backlinks from 10,000+ websites powered by 120+ content management systems and not a SINGLE blog comment." Sounds like blog comments aren't the way to go. They also advertise this service as "Penguin

If you're building a business in the SEO industry, you probably shouldn't throw around guarantees like that. I think that this method is probably safe, especially if you the target site has a decent number of higher quality links. Still, it

I really like the way that you outlined the technical tips for implementing the strategy, but I think that you shouldn't have made the post about getting blog comment links. 30 minutes a day is a waste of time for blog links. Even if you ge

I'm not a fan of blog commenting for link building. Most blogs use nofollow on the comments links, and that makes them near worthless (except on very high traffic blogs where comment links send meaningful traffic). Moreover, many blog comme

I like the less formal, personal tone. It makes you seem like a real person, and it makes you more likable. That's important. The problem is that it's all about you. A cover letter's goal is to position yourself as the solution to someone e

How are you linking to these stat pages? If you want Google to index something, you have to show them that it's important by linking to it on your site. Moreover, you don't seem to have a lot of Domain Authority, so internal links may not b

I was almost hit by lightning a few months ago. My Dad and I were on a fly fishing trip with a guide in a long canoe-like boat on a river. When the storm came up behind us, we pulled to the side of the river and took cover under the branche

I'd love a Mac app that allows me to select text on a web page and copy the HTML for a link to the page with the selected text as the anchor text. It would save me a ton of time every day.

Do they know that their ability to vote has been taken away? Or do they have to figure it out for themselves? I would guess that it would be more effective if they thought their votes still counted.

If a newspaper doesn't want an incoming link, why don't they just block traffic that comes from a referring site? They could whitelist the sites that have paid the appropriate fee, and every other link redirects to some page claiming the li

How can I fail in the calculations when I didn't offer any calculations? All I said is that if you're using P/E ratio as a metric without a growth rate, you're doing it wrong.

You've failed to factor in growth rate. Your calculations for how long it will take to earn back the share value are assuming no growth in EPS over that timeframe. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple's EPS growth outpaces Facebook, but these
