I don't know about you, but I can change my appearance a lot easier than I can change my DNA. Even this aside, a DNA link to your identity is a lot more accurate than just a photo.

Fair, my thought process always seems to conclude that having multiple apps is a downside, but that argument really doesn't hold up well once I consciously think about that fact.

It's definitely anecdotal, and as a sibling poster said, it depends on your circles. Mine anecdotally happens to be all square cash and no venmo given the ease of setup for square cash.

One of the key differences here (for me at least) between an apple only app (assuming that is the case) and something like square cash is that if the person I want to send money to doesn't have an iPhone, I wouldn't be able to sen

Wouldn't changing the assumed rate of 50% to something higher make the probability less extreme? I know my initial inclination is to believe that less than 50% of the published studies have results that are able to be replicated, but

All generalities are unfair to some extent, it's just how generalities work, so I tend to read them as a quantified statement based on the number of people in the group that the person making the statement is likely to have interacted

Seriously.. To agree with a sibling poster, $1500 is a paltry fee to pay to be sure that you imprison the right person. Especially since it isn't a trivial charge either. $1500 is also dwarfed by the amount it will cost to imprison t

It seems that it would trivially work if you knew the number that you start from, you'd just be shifting the uniform distribution (and subtracting whatever number it started from to get the overall estimate). It does seem to be a harde

I think it has more to do with the fact that it is just sugar by itself. From what I've read, it seems that the context of the sugar is what makes it "good" or "bad", and that's because the effects are measure

I don't know about all banks, but my bank has a flat fee on that service, which seems like it would make it significantly worse for paying back small sums (of which the flat fee is a greater percentage of).

Maybe that isn't all the inaccurate of a dismissal, if the culture there is work to the bone, then somebody with non-work interests would certainly not enjoy the culture there. Not saying that I endorse that kind of culture, just that

Hmm.. I didn't necessarily read it as they were hiring from outside necessarily.. I'm sure it's not uncommon to have interviews internally even if all of the potential candidates are already employees.

How long is a "significant amount of time"? If it's anything less than a month a credit card could cover that with 0 interest right?

As an aside to your main point, I am curious about why you have a complete disdain for using credit cards. I'm certainly not advocating using a credit card to spend beyond your limits, but intelligent application of a credit card can
