This doesn't match with my personal experience. On Windows10 1Password is using locked about 5MB Ram, unlocked 30MB when idle. It shoots up to 150MB when actively being used, but as soon as I close the window, it's back to normal.

Isn't this more a problem of not good enough curation? There are more papers now than ever, but the signal is probably getting worse and worse.

I really wish Signal would try something similar, with a strong focus on security and data-protection. I just don't want my data in Telegram's hands.

Please, for the love of god, can this scroll-hijacking (or whatever it's called) trend just die already. Just give me a video I can scroll past or watch fluently instead. Besides that, I love paper titles which don't take themselv

I wrote it a bit further down, but another solution is to use SVG's with stroke='currentColor' instead. This value uses the inherited text-color and would therefore always work.

He is inverting the embedded SVG's colors using CSS. However, that CSS is JavaScript applied and doesn't trigger on page load. SVG offers a nice 'currentColor' color value, which resolves to the inherited text-color. Rep

I don't think the economies allow for it. The German Sparkasse started as a savings bank and at its core was/is a 'dumb bank' in your words. But at some point customers demand financing etc. and would like to get all the

These sound like direct banks. In Germany, there are a few of those, ING being the largest, and represent about 50% of the private market. Pretty viable therefore.

You could follow from a safe distance (or go parallel to the suspect) and track until air support is in place, or set up a few road blocks and box the suspect in. By the time you stop and remove the tracker, the police could just catch up a

I'm not judging, but I just don't understand why someone would save business critical data to Google Drive only. Is this a US thing? Aren't you afraid of privacy or trade secret leaks and potential legal ramifications?

I assume both examples would run at indiscernible speeds on modern hardware. How about more complex scenes? Are poly calculations more expensive than map ones?

One thing to note about Miele's (but not unique about them): It's not trivial to repair them yourself. You need a specialized inductive cable to read error codes and if you don't want to lose warranty, only a certified repair

If you want the lowest risk option and don't experience any of the side effects, aspartame should be your choice. A 'newer' and promising substitute is Allulose, though some people report bowel complaints.
