I think Big4 Cyber security tends to be more policy based. What ACLS should be set. Who should get what access. etc Boutiques to tend be more hardcore technical, breaking into applications.

I'm PAYING money in order to get a service to reduce the stress in my life. I'm not paying money to increase it. I improve services by voting with my wallet, which black cabs are trying to take away from the consumer.

I've had black cab drivers insist that I can't use my card, and that I must get out. I've had cab drivers refuse to drive me to certain parts of London because it's inconvenient for them. They are also really expensive.

Black cab drivers are very active, and quite violent lobbyists towards tfl. I have literally seen black cab drivers spit at uber drivers.

Desired traits on a resume, and what you enjoy are different things. People go university not only to get job relevant skills, but learn things they find interesting. For a lot of people pure cs is pretty interesting.

I think your confusing programming and computer science. If all you want to think about is gathering requirements, building pratical software than use you'll probably find computer science uninteresting.

Unfortunately companies hire based on things that are easy to verify. MBAs are easy to verify. A software engineer claiming to things that mba knows is hard hard to verify.

Because it makes refactoring very difficult. One of the original intentions of TDD and Unit testing was to make refactoring much easier. If you start testing the internals of function, it makes it very difficult to refactor without breaking

The idea is to write tests that match your specs. So your tests literally look like your specs, and then you write code that passes the tests. It should not replace specs.
