Had a colleague who went from near-obese to slim in about 6 months. One tip was to eat small amounts throughout the day, and stuff like bread that fills you up, not stuff like salad that will leave you feeling empty. From my own experience

Your body needs fuel (nutrition) to sustain its activity. If you take in more fuel than your activity requires, your body will convert it into excess fat. If you take in less fuel than your activity requires, your body will burn fat. What e

Definitely! As thrilling as the first novel is, when I think of the Dune universe it's content from the sequels that first springs to mind. Great balance of speculative fiction, philosophy, character development and action.

I think the reason for writer’s block is when the complexity of the plot of the story (or the architecture if the software you’re writing, or...) becomes too great. To write another page it’s not enough to just come up with some new ideas.

The far more likely explanation for all the evidence cited in the article is that Shakespeare got to know many interesting people who could tell him about faraway lands and aristocratic life, which fed into the settings of his plays, and Ba

Why would he be worried about standing trial in Sweden? There's no way the accusations can be proven. Explain to me how the prosecution would work? If Sweden has a remotely sane legal system the case would be thrown out of court.
