About your cmd-tab point, macOS in its distant past made an architectural choice to decouple the running application from the windows presenting it (I think this goes the whole way back to nextstep). So while cmd-tab does give the applicat

As a complete aside, I have a fondness for that older layout, back when I used to dip my toe in the jailbreak scene I used a tweak which sampled the album art and changed the layout colours to match the album cover - I think it was called “

Very first thing I did with my machine was remove Siri from the Touch Bar, you can customise the layout in the keyboard preferences if you haven’t already. But I agree, real bad default

It’s not explicitly a Mac layout, but I find the HHKB layout to be quite comfortable for both Mac and Windows. But if you don’t like the home row positioning of the ctrl key you may find it problematic

I don't think the parallel to be drawn here is against physically squatting in property the occupants do not own, but with people who buy property and use it as a value sink; as seen with a sizable portion of non-domestically owned pro

It was much better on the 3D Touch equipped models, press “through” the keyboard to get cursor placement, press “through” again while on a word to select the whole word.

I suspect there was some diplomatic gymnastics at play here which permitted the Order of Malta to be used this way, perhaps those two examples did not want to involve themselves so openly in the Cold War. I am just guessing at this stage.

The SMoM was a useful entity for NATO when it came to the Cold War. Italy was forbidden from operating a large airforce under the settlement terms. The SMoM allowed Italy to field a much larger airforce than it would have otherwise been all

HHKB is a great keyboard (it's my personal choice of keyboard too, I love the Unix layout), but it's a 60% keyboard not a Ten Keyless, it sounds like the GP has a need for function keys.

The new HHKB with the USB-C port does not have any secondary USB ports anymore, I keep my work Yubikey in that so I can’t upgrade to the new model.

I note that here in the UK, cans of soda tend to be deep drawn, capped at the top, and that most food/soup cans are of the traditional double capped variety. I wonder does this come down to the pressures of the contents or is there ano
