If you just want to redirect money from shareholders reduce corporate tax rates to 0% and tax dividends and capital gains more. Since they aren’t doing that they are admitting they want to tax money that corporations would re-invest.

Maybe they included a lot of the suburbs. Vancouver has a fairly peaky distribution in that areas near it get more affordable faster than many other cities.

For photos I’d agree as most customers are end users. Don’t underestimate this for other products though. Self hosting is a huge feature for selling into large corporations with data security policies.

Follow your dream is generally meant as ‘get a dream career’. Figure out life goals might mean working a job of average happiness because the money is important for you in raising your family. I think there is a big difference.

Follow your dream is actually terrible advice because dreams change over time. It leads to people overcommitting to their current self in a fairly destructive way. It essentially maximizes career happiness at the expense of all other life

For this to be true a person has to experience a large number of events. For any meaningful definition of event that's false. So clearly this law requires an event to be routine in some extreme way in order for enough of them to occur

In many journals it's abuse of process to exclude reviewers you don't like. Much of the times this is supposed to be used to declare conflicts of interest based on relationships you have in the field.
