Maybe they included a lot of the suburbs. Vancouver has a fairly peaky distribution in that areas near it get more affordable faster than many other cities.

- PowerBar 5y agoThis was mostly true until about 5 years ago. Over the past few years, housing prices have gone up substantially all the way through Abbotsford and started affecting Chilliwack.
