I am really disappointed by my Masters program online courses because of the quality of the low cost online courses available on the web. I pay 3000 dollars a course for a professor reading slides and forced discussion. On the other side I

Sorry, but that's just not the case. I grew up in Santa Monica / Venice. My family moved there in 98 or 99. Houses were 300k. That area has been consistently rising since then. You'd be hard pressed to find a house in Santa M

Find a good Youtube video tutorial for what you want to learn and follow along. I'm doing a series on character creation right now. There are probably some very good resources on Udemy and the like for a small amount of money. Once you

Location matters, but I also think it depends a lot on how you market yourself. A small mountain town won't have enough clients interested with the means to pay for those services. A resort destination (Hawaii?) could be really good. I

Celiac here, gluten, sugar, sodium nitrites, monosodium glutamate, caffeine, all these wreak havoc on my body. A lot of people are addicted to these, and a lot of people can see great health benefits by giving them up. Passing them off as d

After a ton of research I went Delaware S corp. I figured if I was ever going to get investors (ha, probably won't), I'd need a C corp. It seemed like S corp had the same tax benefits as the LLC but could be converted very easily

By all accounts I've read, it is an incredibly intense amount of work. Far more than I would subject a child to. From a quick search [1]. 1. http://hechingered.org/content/a-day-in-the-life-of-chinese-...
