I was laughed at, repeatedly, on Twitter, by crypto types when I often said I was confident Bitcoin price would fall below $20k 6 months ago. It's not something you can really short though?

There is a difference between asylum seekers and skilled migrants (the latter is what every country wants, the former is where all the political heat is on). On asylum seekers, in reality, the plan to move some asylum seekers to Rwanda won&

Should health professionals run a campaign to advise parents not to let their teenage children have mobile phones? Severely resticrt internet access to them?

Interesting report. I think we should ban teenagers/children from having smart phones. Calling and texting aside, teenagers don't need phones. As an education tool, laptops/desktops are invaluable for teenagers. I'm unc

I have a dumb fraud story. A fraudster called me up (I knew it was a fraudster right away). I played along as he said there had been some fraudulent activity on my account - payments from random locations etc.etc. The crux was that he wante

I think this is very useful advice. It partly reminds of laughing therapy. Where people laugh continuously for 2 minutes (fake laugh). But what can happen is that you start to genuinely feel happy and laugh.

My brother killed himself when he was 25, and I was 23. I've never really known how to talk about it/him with people. I sometimes wonder what he would be like now if he hadn't done it, but mostly I don't think about him

Don't laugh but I also find decaf quite strong. I don't know if it's because decaf fools my system somehow or there is another chemical ingredient in decaf that makes me feel weird. But I don't drink decaf either (I do l

I love the taste of coffee. Unfortunately I can't drink it as I get a near euphoric high followed by unpleasant hyperactivity and weird anxiety. Seriously. It's so unpleasantly strong for me. Tea I can drink but I don't touch

On a related point, what I'm uncertain about are the reasons for the increase in transgender kids in the west. I understand there's been a massive increase in cases for transmen in the UK and USA for example. Is this because we ca
