Except it's inverted. Shadowrun is cyberpunk with orcs and elves. This is orcs and elves with cyberpunk.

I find your usage of the word static ambiguous. Also Julia is more static than you might expect, and besides it's still a compiled language, it just has a `dynamic` type (ala C# for example) as it's default type. It seems dynami

The diff is 6 lines (2 lines of code) and the source is there, you can fork it. Which is more than can be said for Intel (intentionally crippling icc on non-intel chips), Microsoft (UEFI), Apple (their entire OS), or most other companies pr

I mean just about every thing was AI at one point; program synthesis was seen as AI (like in the 70s) right up until it wasn't after we effectively encoded it into programming languages. For example lisp it self was effectively AI rese

There is a bigger problem, as well. Tracking, the glasses will need to use a lot of the GPU (and CPU) processing power for simply tracking the environment. So they don't have backgrounds, that doesn't account for much anyway, like

Also, they use the same materials engineering from SpaceX designed for collisions in space. One of the reason their safety rating was so high.

I think you mean testing for basic security best practices. Testing for vulnerabilities is the hard part, but having good practices is easier to test (e.g. is it a vulnerability or a feature it can't reset?).

I also like how the only sci-fi conceit the book asks for (besides the antagonist aliens obviously) are the engines which are right on the edge of the theoretical maximum.

I mean authors have been using that idea for years. The Red Mars trilogy for example (which was an at the time scientifically accurate example of mars colonization).

I have an answer for the author. "How is this happening?" The left failed to have a backbone, failed to be as politically brutal as their opponents, their opponents who were being effective at getting their stated agenda in place.

Here [0] is a concrete example of using a formal verification system ontop of C (and the blog contains many other examples) along with an excellent dialog around the example. First a caveat, this formal verification system is rather simple,
