No, you don't need a single authentication provider, you can use more or less what you want/need and there is nothing for it mandatory in the protocol. What currently is kinda centralized is an identity matching service, but even

Because if they 'import' things like food or an amazon package from the mainland they can only use Jones Act vessels which drives the costs up crazy.

But there are already many laws in many countries that distinguish. For example airlines where for example to count as a EU Airline more than 50% must be owned by EU citizens.

The whole issue with XMPP is that yes, in theory you could do e2ee accross multiple servers and devices but only if all the servers support the right extensions and the clients support them properly.

Mumble has a terrible user experience, especially for non technical users. It also covers a really small subset of discord features, the Voice Chat. Don't missundertand me, on a technical level Mumble is impressive and can do voice cha

Just a nit pick, its not at the supreme court, its at the highest court (Oberster Gerichtshof), the court below the supreme court, the Verfassungsgerichtshof. Its confusing, I know.

The issue is really that the entire feed went buggy from all the comments, even the inbuilt too, which they are probably using called AutoModerator has delays of over 10 minutes and more instead of being instant.

Yes the l3 chache was doubled, on mobile it was only 8 MB total (split 4+4) now it is 16 MB shared by all cores.

The keys for trusted compute, memory encryption and such are saved inside the CPU, so if you change the CPU you also loose all those keys.

A good deal is probably for future proofing and for auxillary applications that run parrallel to games like voice and social stuff.
