Just a nit pick, its not at the supreme court, its at the highest court (Oberster Gerichtshof), the court below the supreme court, the Verfassungsgerichtshof.
Its confusing, I know.
- datenhorst 6y agoThat's patently false. The Austrian judiciary is divided into general courts and courts of public law. The "Oberster Gerichtshof" is not "below" the supreme court, it's the highest court of a different branch.
