As a former Audi owner, I wonder if the "audi service position" will be applicable to their electric cars. Tangental I know, but I would be curious to know if they will make their cars easier/cheaper to service. I never reall

I hope you are being sarcastic. But I understand the point you make. For the systems I work on the number of skilled workers that can move quickly on a project is in the dozens. It's definitely a risk but the few in the niche do ok. Th

IBM is a failed services company. Ive been a subcontractor for 2 projects run by IBM. Both fiascos of mismanagement. The project management at IBM had an incredible churn rate. On the first project, they were kicked off for completely faili

This. So Much. There needs to be a rationalization initiative at Apple to streamline things. If you want to command high end profits, you cant release commodity grade products. Is there even anything new here with this ipad?

Agree. I was initially expecting the "analog" clocks to show the time and he arranged in a way that they formed the digital time. I do think it's cool to look at though

I have anecdotal evidence that endorsements are useless. I endorsed myself for "Rocket Science", "Brain Surgery", "Smooth Jazz", and "Yacht Rock". I've received several endorsements for each.

This! As Ive aged(Im 40 now) Ive become more acutely aware of it, but I also really don't have a way to turn it off, and then it can get me into some sort of metacognitive loop of why cant you pay attention better all the while Im thin

This is my instinct as well. The timing, tone and language of this feels pretty scripted here. I don't care if Tesla unionizes or not, but they may just trade one set of problems for another if they do.

Not quite sure why this was down voted. This was my initial take as well. I was thinking, where did this widespread DNA test happen amongst the 1%? I guess maybe clarifying the thought would not have the downvotes?

If those are the facts of the case, I would say that looks pretty bad. Normally, a new car replacement under warranty is done in an effort to salvage repeat business after extreme duress. This Tesla was a lemon, and it should have been repl

If you completely buy in to apples ecosystem it is really quite nice. I just got the Apple Watch and use it to unlock my MacBook. I know there are phone apps for this and it's not unique to apple but the Apple Watch implementation work

I totally could and definitely would do so if the port changes stick and I decided to stay Mac. I'm more just irritated that I bought a Mac specific interface and they changed the port less than 1 year later.

I'm pretty disappointed by the new mbp and the state of Mac in general for several reasons. I've made pretty significant investments in the Mac ecosystem. I bought a semi pro sound card(uad Apollo 8) tons of software audio relate

I'm curious whether there will be a sea change in the auto industry. This seams similar to the situation 100 or so years ago with the carriage manufacturers vs the start up auto companies.

I overrammed my previous MacBook. It was a max of 4 or 8 Gb can't remember but I ended up going 8/16. It worked fine until the keyboard failed. I'm going to replace it eventually.
