I'm not sure nuclear power plants would be able to handle that kind of assault... Also, you kind need complex societies to function to not have them melt down. After a super volcano or asteroid collision, that one could be dicey.

That's awesome results! I did the slow carb diet too when the book came out, didn't work for me. Made me sick and lethargic. And I didn't lose any weight. To each his own, I guess

What part do people find difficult? For me it was simply discipline and commitment. That had nothing to do with how calories work.
