Looks like Microsoft added printing support to Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with bug fixes. PowerPoint also has new alignment tools and improved secondary display handling.

Very fun game! Love the dynamic, couldn't get higher than 256 though. Also check out Fives for Android--somewhat similar: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rcg.fives

Check out Fives on Android--similar but I think way more polished, and well, on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rcg.fives

I wanted to gather some feedback on HN about a new free game we have been working on. We have added a lot of great features, and taken everything we have learned from HN about telemetry and design to put it out. What are your thoughts?

Not voting is nearly impossible on Uber though. As soon as you open up the app it prompts you. Often I forgot the ride and just press 5 stars unless something was exceptionally bad.

Not to mention the addition of menu bars on both monitors, and the ability to trivially show the dock on either monitor with a quick flick of the mouse.

On the paper towels I agree, but large electronics like TVs are sourced from local warehouses and hand delivered similarly to how Best Buy would do so.

This is a trend that expands far beyond aviation apps, but an interesting look from one developer. What do you think is behind this? Google Play has come a long way, and prompts for credit cards up front. Devices on Android aren't univ

That is a very contained risk I am willing to take for what amounts to a hobby side project. I am just trying to see what I would need to do to cover my bases and ensure I don't enter into a zone of unbounded legal risk (or at least pr

That is certainly one aspect I am interested in HNs opinion on. Of course we won't be able to magically solve that issue, but I wanted to see what the current state of affairs is. As someone alludes to above, there are implications on

I want a pony, too. But unless I am willing to pay for it, I won't get one. You didn't answer the question--what makes you believe you are entitled to free software from a company that employs thousands of people to write it?

Why should it be free software? What gives you a reason to feel that level of entitlement?

I would assert this is the worst time in history to get started in app development. I have been building apps since 2008, and things have been going downhill for indie developers. Back in 2008, many large companies didn't understand

Curious, what is your rationale for thinking this needs to be an iOS only concept? As an Android user for years, I don't really think twice when I see it, it's just convenient.
