This article probably explains very well why i like the idea of Clojure so much. Like a lisp language with all the qualities of a lisp but avoiding the shortcomings by being able to grab finished libraries from the best of "tweezers and glu

I'm maybe not getting the HN philosophy, but this kind of useless posts should better be voted down than up in my opinion. You bring nothing new to the table except your useless hate about what the author has to say. I'm no php fan either,

The law will be reexaminated as soon as the government can afford it, and , given the domination they have amongst the parliament, the law will probably be voted this time. This is still a nice thing. It's letting some time to the people wh

Thanks for the complete answer ! I found the moving elements on grooveshark to be quite a bit annoying anyway. Also the database is much less complete than the one of www.deezer.com as of now.

You walk on a very thin rope here. I don't at all buy the 'slight misunderstanding' thing concerning the case they had. The damage to 37signals image could have been very real. Even if it wasn't done purposedly. What is more important is, i

Well i think you're quite wrong to put all languages on the same level here. I mean, as programmers we know very well than some languages are closer by spirit than others, even if their syntax differ greatly. It's exactly the same thing for

There is some interresting things for a non american guy in this article, although i think the way he bounds the fact of being a hacker, and the fact of being american is truely stereotypical, and a little bit sad also seen from outside. I'
