People rob 18 wheelers all the time - there are particularly valuable loads from particularly interesting places. Source: my father had to prevent this for film/cassette/DVD distribution, especially prerelease goods.

Sadly, the Orkneys could provide even more renewables if Scotland would build a larger export cable. Instead, the islands are forced to build hydrogen plants and turn off wind generators. Last I checked, they were at 108% renewable.

Look at what Satya did - he directed a broad effort at the entire organization (a book, etc), and simultaneously pushed the ELT to get in line, firing them one by one when they or their directs didn't comply. They're all in line

I used to design and build these - if you have a simple yard, you can use the inexpensive mowers, as long as you don't care about having striping in your lawn. I had one for two seasons, and it was awesome - your lawn looks like it fr

AFAIK, if you CAN rent a property for $X and it remains empty, you can take it as a loss. $X tracks inflation/value, which was a huge problem when I lived in Pittsburgh. Places that were empty for 40 years had ludicrously high rents

Much of this sounds like being in an organization where engineering is seen (or is) a cost center, not a profit engine. There's definitely a tendency to stasis in organizations - if the benefit of new software doesn't outweigh the

Sadly, many combo decks that are perfectly viable run up against the clock in Arena. If only there was loop detection to allow for "do this X times", it'd be far better.

Five years, $6M a year, 60,000 sq feet (roughly 150-300 employees, depending on how it is organized). You lock a lease and you're on the hook.
