I’m just a layperson, but I’ve never been comfortable with that argument. An hour’s worth of radiation concentrated into a moment seems very different to me.

It’s rather ironic that by claiming their comment lacks credibility without including any counterpoints it makes your comment itself lack credibility too.

Oh definitely. I did (and am still refining) a full elimination diet to get good clean data. I cut salicylates, amines (e.g histAMINE), and glutamates. Fedup.com.au is a clunky decades old resource, but the content is no-bs and so valuable.

Oranges and bananas are out for me too, because of histamine intolerance, which correlates heavily with gut issues. Sharing to help others since I wish I had known sooner!

For anyone wondering, TF2 still has an active and enthusiastic community, and is just as fun as it was back in 2007.

Yes! I downgraded to an iPhone 11 when I finally identified Apple’s use of PWM on their OLED iPhones as the cause of my eye strain. No issues since.

Super cool! I’ve been slowly getting over the self consciousness of using Siri in public. Maybe I’ll start with around the house first…

I use Firefox daily and the only UI change I noticed in the last few months was the tab bar looking slightly different. I might not even have noticed if it weren’t for articles pointing it out. Just me?

I’ve noticed over the last few months that Spotify’s radio and “mixes” seems to give me way more of what I already listen to and not enough varied recommendations. I liked the old algorithm much better

Coles and Woolworths in Australia both accept soft plastic recycling. Their store brands all list what soft plastic items are recyclable

It seems to me that information is highly addictive. If I don’t feel constantly mentally stimulated during almost every waking hour I feel real agitation.

Well, integrity, but even if we set that aside there’s still a point where the marginal benefit of one more dollar is worth less than public sentiment
