The issue isn't whether Anduril can use the the software. They can. This stemmed from whether they can publically attach their name to NixCon, which is fundamentally a social event.

I made pretty good returns (e.g. 40% annualized) during the 2020 election on predictit. I even found a pure arbitrage opportunity. But you can't really scale up to make it worthwhile on PredictIt due to bet size limitations.

Yeah not sure that informed tracking consent was actually good. I do love GDPR's ability to download your data, but I am unsure of how much actual good that's done. Universal chargers is great!

3% gain on BTC is really not that much for crypto, it's the size of the movement within a given timeframe that makes it impressive (e.g. it was within a minute or two). It would have been very easy to take out a leveraged long position

Yeah there's a pretty common routine of SpaceX & Tesla having some of the best results in the world for what they are trying to accomplish AND being much worse than what was promised.
