I’m so thankful for you and the child post to yours that brought up “Let’s Game It Out”! As someone who enjoys breaking games for fun and profit, it is delightful to watch him do things the game never thought to correct for (Thinking speci

I can tell you from the farm my wife and I operate (currently in our 7th in game year), you will eventually become the giant factory farm to get to the end game. But that’s why I love Stardew Valley in a different way than my wife. It hits

I appreciate the response, and while my initial comment might have been derailed by my cynicism, you and your team have made a really cool app! I’ve been away from the internet while on vacation and hadn’t gotten to see this. If I may, what

Looking through the site and documentation, this might be exactly what I’m looking for in a self-hosted solution I could open up to my network of friends. I’m already imagining how to set up a game server to support our different TTRPG sess

Interesting release, and am very interested as a musician where this leads. Not for Spotify’s sake, but because tools like this are super useful for people who have the ideas in their head, but not the musical background to get a simple tu

Greed and wanting to be ahead of others will blind you to truth standing right in your face. While everyday workers at Zillow didn’t have a say in company policy, you can’t tell me that the executives and project managers didn’t know what t

Nothing, but that would require them hiring an appraiser on each transaction, which would be humbling for them to have to do (and while biased as an appraiser myself, I would not trust anyone else other than a licensed appraiser to do that

Agreed. In my local Multiple Listing Service, it can show you all deed history for a given property, it is most certainly labeled as a flip if anyone – iBuyer or no – buys and then sells within a short period of time, even if they don’t mak

As a current residential real estate appraiser, and coming from being a developer for a large corporation that is very active in this space, this has been eye opening yet unsurprising to watch from where I sit with access to all the transac

Appreciate the sentiment, and I’m glad to have been afforded the opportunity to have a faster track into this than most. Another reason why there is such a lack of working appraisers now is the same reason why it was easier for me to find a

If you have a college degree and are willing to go through what essentially is an apprenticeship for 2 years, Residential Real Estate appraisal is not a bad gig. I’m just now getting my license after apprenticing since 2019, and there is a
