I'm an emacs user, not vim, but I have some idea. My tmux.conf reads like this: unbind C-b set -g prefix ` bind-key ` send-prefix This removes Ctrl-b as the tmux prefix, sets it to ` (backquote) instead, and makes pressing ` twi

I had a phone with a terrible web browser, a tiny screen, and ridiculous charges for bandwidth before that. MapQuest likely had a terrible mobile site for it to talk to. I think it's likely that I theoretically had maps on my phone 8, 9, or

I think the last time I looked at it, it required an invite. I didn't care enough to give them an email address. Or maybe it was the same as now: the front page has "login in with Facebook" and "log in with Twitter" as the only actions. I

You're probably right: http://www.wfmj.com/story/15644204/theives-make-off-with-ent... seems to be the real source of the $100,000 number, an engineer estimating the likely replacement cost, not the value of the scrap. Also this, http:/

While I don't think it's what the reporter meant either, at least one bridge has been stolen before. http://old.post-gazette.com/pg/11280/1180364-455.stm#ixzz1a9... I can't find the weight of that bridge directly, nor how they arrived at

A couple of years ago, my wife, who is relatively computer savvy (not compared to HN users, just to the general public) tried to buy a Miley Cyrus album for a young acquaintance. Instead she got a Miles Cyrus album, which was a guy singing

Not working for me either, but my desktop browser has to go through a proxy at work. I suspect that's what's wrong here. I will try it again at home later.

That's great! Unless you're playing it online you're not really hitting my code, I did the networking for both. CC2 had a completely rewritten network layer, one of the very few client-server RTS's I know of. I left part way through deve
