How much data do you guys reckon they gather during this 24-second window? Gigabytes? Terabytes? I imagine they have redundant sensors for every measurement, if possible. The LHC generates 1 PB/s, though it filters it down to roughly 2

It is a very flawed democracy but it's definitely attempting it. I find them disallowing felons from voting and the way the electoral college can, and has, allowed presidents to be elected while having less of the popular vote than the

Yeah, Sweden. Every citizen above the age of majority can vote. The only way to lose your right to vote it to not be a citizen. I'm sure there are other countries as well. The US is not one of them however as certain felons can't

Do you have a source for the US being a "leader" within trucks, SUVs and heavy equipment? Doesn't match my experience as someone not from the US who sees mostly brands not from the US.

Your hypothetical person has a 3080 but needs to crawl craigslist for a sub-100$ monitor? U guess those people exist, but idk why you'd bother with a 3080 to then buy a low refreh rate, high input latency, probably TN, low color accura

Gaming at 2160p is just too expensive still, imo. You gotta pay more for your monitor, GPU and PSU. Then if you want side monitors that match in resolution, you're paying more for those as well. You say PC gamers at the start of your c

They clearly valued some other things higher, even if they also valued the open source aspect. There's no dissonance or contradiction in that. I went the same route they did, despite also putting some value in the open source aspect.
