It's not perfect, but Excel can track changes by multiple users. Excel files shared on OneDrive/SharePoint allow multiple people to simultaneously update the data, and it tracks each individual change by each user.

I was under the impression that this model does support caching. The pricing page says the cost of input tokens (cache hit) is $0.028.

Okay, that makes sense. But the monitoring software should capture the connection request to the VPN or Remote VM?

Since it seems to have been glossed over in the court transcript, can anyone explain how exactly a VM or client for remote VM could be used to bypass the monitoring? Wouldn't the monitoring software capture any application's netwo

Agreed, the Trump administration is _heavily_ leaning on this as evidence to support their argument that "Biden's economy" was a "disaster": > Today, the BLS released the largest downward revision on record provi

I don't think this reasoning holds up anymore now that somewhat polished prototypes are so cheap to create and change. Maybe not everyone is aware of that yet but eventually it will be common knowledge.

It can behave just like a senior role would - produce the set of steps for the junior to follow, and assess if the junior appears stuck at any particular step.

> We just attribute everything to disinformation The full effect that disinformation has had on Americans is probably impossible to measure, but with evidence like the Mueller report, you cannot deny that it has had some tangible effect.

I think what we know about disinformation shows people don't have to actually be bullied, they just have to think they're being bullied. Disinformation is cheap and apparently yields great returns.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to say. There have been a lot of events since the inauguration that are unprecedented, and that is indeed important.

Knowledge and skill are two different things. Sometimes interviewers test that you know how to do something, when in practice it's irrelevant if you A) know how to retrieve that knowledge and B) know when to retrieve it.

Excel add-ins can be written with the Office JS API so that they can run on web as well as desktop for Windows and Mac. But I don't think OP's add-in is possible with that API unless the local model can be run in JS.

To use an example from history, Hitler was convicted and served prison time for attempting a coup. He was able to use the trial to spread his ideas. He rose back to power over the next several years due to his and the Nazi Party's popu

The candidate who was just voted into power is a convicted felon awaiting sentencing and also awaiting 2(?) other criminal trials which are now probably going to just disappear. It's objectively a failure of democracy.

It's not exactly a false positive. It's just a level of indirection, 1 more search by the constant name to find usages. What you sacrifice there you gain by having the compiler help find typos and the IDE help with autocompletion.
