Curation is a weasel word for control, honestly. II think we are seeing a rush limbaugh effect; people are shocked that AM radio allowed limbaugh and hannity to thrive and blame the platform; same with social media and Trump. I didn't

No, all you need to disprove this is to look at the achievement rates for beating a game. When barely 1/4 of people finish the game, which ideally is what a developer wants, the idea that players muddle through is a bit much.

The issue is that people end up at age 40 with no ltr, no marriage, and no kids, and end up as fodder for this article. Because it gets a lot harder to find your ltr then; women generally are at the "last chance kid" stage and hav

This is incredibly stupid. This is just going to make games even more unprofitable to make for their developers, and push it towards live-service/F2P games over traditional ones, since account selling is prohibited. Its hard enough to

This won't work, as remote work only affects a tiny percent of all jobs. Most people don't have the option due to the structure of the work; those that do are a tiny percentage of the whole.

It's not that they don't like to compete. It's that over time that the bar gets raised so high that they can't. People get too good while their skills don't increase as much or remain static. Or the effort needed to

I think also that any competitive game over time will optimize for the experts or be optimized by experts. Fighting games is another example, and a lot of rhythm games are. MMOs that focus on PvP too. I think some people on reddit argued th
