This is simply not true. You don't need Amazon Prime at all, those games are streamed on Twitch for free. You also only need some of these services for a month or two. Finally, you can get the network games for free with a TV antenna.

I don't think this stops it. The NPVIC seems to have accounted for this. It is discussed here: https://www.nationalpopularvote.com/bill-text "Popular votes can, however, only be counted from non-member state

> What other forms of semi-stable functional "socialism" are there? Cooperatives. This article we're discussing here is advocating for socialism, it's just not using that word.

> Individual companies being owned by their employees isn't socialism. Actually, yes, this is the literal definition of socialism. It's workers owning the means of production.

The lack of urgency and awareness around this baffles me. The death of Firefox means the death of the open web, but it seems like very few people care.

True, anarchism has such a broad definition that some anarchists will be unhappy with any implementation. I consider myself an anarchist and I think federalism can be an important part of it. You'll also find that many people involved

> So everybody for themselves, ok. This has nothing to do with anarchism. Anarchism is simply organizing society to have as little hierarchy as possible.

> At least with respect to the President’s exercise of his core constitutional powers, this immunity must be absolute. As for his remaining official actions, he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity.

It very much is if it's done by commanding the military to do it. Maybe not so much if a President did it themselves.

Anything laid out as a Presidential power in the Constitution is definitely an "official act". What is left for definition is everything else, from my understanding.

They are partially defined, and the example given is part of the partial definition.

How can it be an illegal order when this decision makes all of the Presidents "official actions" legal?

I don't see how. The President has immunity when acting with powers granted from the Constitution. Commanding the military is one of those powers. The majority opinion also specifically says motives can't be considered. So they ar

Well no, technically the president can use the military to stop impeachment. That would be considered an "official act" and they would be immune.

> but it is not allowing them to commit crimes with impunity Well it kind of does, because the president has the power to stop impeachment from ever happening in the first place, if they're willing to command the military to.

It happened under Obama and nobody cared. I think it is definitely something that could be considered an "official act".

This is true for gluten free subs of foods that aren't normally GF, yes. But GF mustard, for example, isn't any more expensive then non-GF mustard.

Exactly, most commenters here don't seem to understand this or understand how FDA allergen labelling works. Bimbo would be fine if they just used a "may contains" or actually added sesame to their products (although the FDA d

I have celiac, I buy a lot of GF foods. There are tons of foods labeled gluten free that aren't marketed as gluten free, and cost as much as normal food because they are normal food that's labeled GF. Only certain ingredients need

This is not the case at all. It's done for gluten free foods. Gluten free foods have to be under 20ppm to be called GF, and there are many gluten free foods out there. Even some made on the same equipment as gluten containing foods (ju

Gluten is an allergen for people with celiac, just not IgE-mediated. Celiac shouldn't be classified with lactose intolerance, it's much more serious, arguably more dangerous then even IgE-mediated allergies.

It's not forced to serve markets. They are just not allowed to say their products contain sesame when they don't. They are mislabeling their products, and the FDA's job is to ensure products are labeled accurately.

It's an interesting idea, but the end result would probably be less options for people with allergies (unless they risk foods that appear to be safe, but lack the label.) We already have this type of labelling for gluten free foods, an
