The country is run by the Civil Service which is directed by the Cabinet, which is appointed by the Prime Minister. So while the Civil Service is run by permanent employees they are basically at the whim of whoever happens to be in power at

Scotland maybe, though if people have any sense they'll make sure the business is all done first and tell them to cool their heels. Northern Ireland has absolutely no chance of seceding, they can't go it alone as a separate countr

I think for Rage it was an idea ahead of its time, but they're still used in the new Doom which doesn't seem to have the same issues and has been praised for good optmisation.

You buy items from the marketplace (normally keys) and then sell them on a third party site or arrange a deal with a private buyer, I think it normally nets you around 70-80% of the original amount but I'm not up to date with it.

We're in the middle of trying to establish a high speed corridor at the moment, I'm all for it personally but honestly it's been a ludicrously expensive project so far and the opposition to it is huge and mounting. https:&#x

I really hate this argument, the change in GDP share is because the West industrialised and the East didn't, before that it was mostly a matter of population, per capita GDP didn't matter so much. Not to say I have any idea what w

I think this is a change from that honestly, if I'm remembering correctly UK tax law was changed so that companies deemed to be going against the spirit of the law after an audit could be forced to pay the appropriate amount of tax - I

IIRC the tax law in the UK was changed to more of a spirit of the law idea a while ago and this is presumably the first signs of that being applied. I think it's related to this, but this is just what I can remember from some articles
