2018 MBP is Intel unless you're referring to the T2 chip?

Reading The Book of the New Sun atm. It's quite a dense read, and you may find this useful: Lexicon Urthus: A Dictionary for the Urth Cycle. I find myself having to refer to the lexicon every other page, but it's worth it.

Full disclosure, I know the author Bernard, as an ex-colleague and a good friend. We've been using the author's product (Gist) for about a year at my current company, mainly for marketing messages and campaigns, on iOS and Android

As it turns out, Malta did just that - the referendum result was not accepted by the opposition party, and it was settled by an early general election.

Paradox Games, Football Manager (not FIFA), etc - I don't think the market has died at all. There will always be a lot more players who play the mass-market games of course.

Instead of restarting Xcode you can also flip the file target, changing it will trigger an index.

I've often wished this feature actually, especially when submitting pull requests, and you'd like to showcase the new features. I've often had to either embed a video link or convert to gif.

I wear CIC (Completely-In-Canal) hearing aids all day, about 16 hours - it does impact wax in the ear canal, but otherwise no adverse effects. Thinking about it, this functionality would best be achieved by allying with one of the CIC heari

Seconded - this really should be a top priority. I know there are some good apps out there, and I use them, but it would be so much better to have a responsive design.

Just curious - did you think of using an in-browser emulator? E.g. http://bellard.org/jslinux/ ?

Humans have been building stuff for millennia. Software, on the other hand is still a relatively new field.

I know I can use an adapter, but it's one more thing to carry around, lose, or get stolen. It's an extra cost to the user, and one more device dangling off my laptop.

The problem with the current Apple approach is that it forces you to make the decision about how much RAM you may need beforehand, and charges you extra for the privilege. Making the RAM on a desktop machine non configurable is a greedy mov

I'd like to buy a rMBP, but the non expandibility annoys me. I have mid 2012 MBP 4GB RAM, 512GB HDD, and I was able to gradually upgrade it to 16GB together with 960GB SSD. It is certainly heavier than the rMBP but it suits my needs pe

I don't use Linode, but isn't this essentially what you expect when you're using shared hosting on a budget? If there's an issue with the hardware, they need to migrate the VMs.

Just a normal SSL error, or would they be able to see another site? I had an issue like this with SNI where a client reported being able to see another site that was on the same IP. The issue was that she was using IE on Windows XP, and SNI

The Features module in Drupal 7 is a semi-workaround https://www.drupal.org/project/features but I've hated Drupal a lot because of this. Too much stuff is stored in the DB.

Agreed, and it's not limited to Microsoft. The iPhone 4 and the iPad 3 both had 2x the resolution of their predecessors but barely managed to keep the same level of performance.
