I imagine the focus on the Atari is because of the much simpler mechanics and input data, compared to more modern games, correct ? How hard it would be to make the transition to more complex games, like Zelda or Mario for the NES ?

I don't really get why the submission title was changed from the initial "Everywhere Indian engineers are unwanted," to the current one, since the former is the literal title in the linked article and its actual focus ? I

Thanks! I used to follow it a few years ago, but for some reason it fell off my radar, I imagine now there are tons more reviews than when I left it. It inspired me to do a nostalgia-fueled replay of all Ultima games(1-8), a couple of years

Nice list. I didn't know Justin TV was funded by YC, it should be classified as exited (as Twitch) or dead, I think.

I wonder (I'm not from UK), is there really zero chance of someone from Labour to challenge Corbyn (someone more moderate/center leaning) and rally the pro-EU voters ?

Maybe they made it so it can run on ChromeOS also ? It's not so different than downloading a Windows application that requires JVM or some .NET distributable, or a Linux package with additional dependencies, IMHO.

That's kind of unfair, the iPhone 4S was released on September 2011, so it was supported 5 years since release. It went through 5 (!) major releases of iOS, from 5.0 to 9.3.5. If you buy a phone that you know is already going to be obs

I remember that in Chrono Trigger there is a part in the future where you need to input a specific button sequence, and in one of the early version of ZNES it wasn't working, it was maddening at the time :).

I don't think in the article is suggesting that we should "fighting or controlling" it, but, taking it for granted that is going to happen, find a way to address its consequences.

You have this information while using Uber, in real-time, on your phone. Since you are charged based on distance and see the price before calling the ride, it's arguably better than a "fare meter".
