This is great news! Rethink would’ve been perfect for a project at work, but couldn’t take the risk as the project was in hibernation. Thanks to all contributors for their work!

I built this when I first started learning Elm. I prefer typing out a lot of what I do in Markdown, and this makes it easy to present to people when needed. I know there are other alternatives out there, but this is mine and I'm quite

This will be an absolute game changer for web development. I am currently working on a really simplified version of this, but as a chrome extension. We deal with a lot of real time data and have been facing some timing issues (network and u

I've used elm-css-modules-loader[1], although haven't tried it with Webpack 4 yet. Since my CSS is usually small (< 300 lines), I prefer a standalone stylesheet. [1] https://github.com/cultureamp/elm-css-mo

I’ve been using Elm for about a year now. It’s my go to for most UI work these days. However, my main concerns have been around: 1. How community contribution is handled. I’ve been following the compiler repo for a year now, and the number

Haven't used the official server, but I've been using the official clients with bitwarden_rs without issues for the past week. So I'd guess its a complete reimplementation.

If anyone is looking to cross compile bitwarden_rs for the Raspberry Pi, I documented the steps in a gist[0] [0] https://gist.github.com/Checksum/5c604c8d1180dd060aebf510262...

We’ve found conventional commits useful in our mono repo. Instead of letting the authors deal with versioning (which sometimes breaks dependencies), our build pipeline determines the semver from the commit messages. This has made it easier

People laugh when I say this, but one of the main reasons I want to buy my own house is to to install a bidet in all the toilets. As someone who’s been using toilet paper only for about three years, I find it absolutely disgusting.

I was REALLY looking forward to the iPhone 11 Pro, but at AUD 1999, it’s beyond expensive for me. And I say this as someone who’s owned four iPhones and currently on an iPhone 7 Plus. The product line is also confusing. There is no longer a

Netlify is just fantastic! I reluctantly checked them out last year, and am now hosting 3 SPAs there. By the far the most painless platform I’ve used, with a generous free tier. Thanks to the team and great work as always!

This rings true with me. I want to use Firefox and ditch chrome, but until it gets less laggy on macOS, I don’t think I have a choice. I do use safari for day to day browsing and move to chrome only for development. Multiple successful br

I do React at work and Elm for personal projects, and I feel the React ecosystem is trying too hard to become something its not. Hooks to me are an added level of complexity, and doesn't simplify the way I write or test components. I d

Not sure if I'll define it that way, but why not? If my mobile device is capable of showing inane ads as push notifications, why can't I expect security advisories to be delivered that way?

Valid points. How about restricting the scope to devices connected to a network and having some sort of push notification capability? > In Apple's defense, it is pretty difficult to miss an update alert considering it comes through

Why do companies insist on rebranding every few years? Is it just to keep the in house design team busy? The old logo was memorable and has established Slack as a recognisable brand. Why change it when there is no shift in direction of the

I don’t see that happening as the iPhone 7+ costs $1100. The price had fallen just $330 in more than two years. Not a considerable fall if you ask me.

To me the latest iPhone (xs) doesn’t have any feature that warrants such a price bump. I got an iPhone 7+ 128gb for AUD 1429 when it launched. The XS 256gb is $1879. I got one for my wife only because I had a gift card for a few hundred buc

I absolutely fell in love with React when I switched over from Angular many years ago. Loved the simplicity of the API and how you had to be explicit about everything. Over the years, I've seen React start adding a lot of "optiona
