Everything I read about the letter was addressing Musk's behavior and was not related to the formation of a union. Again, my point is merely whether or not law was violated in their firings.

My point is whether or not they have a legal case, not if their letter is true or false.

Getting fired for insubordination isn't a protected class. The former employees don't have a case.

Humans are omnivores and have been for all of history. I agree that cruelty is not OK but to say animal products are flat out unnecessary is wrong. It is not palatable or globally viable for every human to eat 2 cups a day of peas for pro

Why? Profits are taxed to the individuals that own the company. Should a corp pay 40%+ in taxes and then the individual pays another 40% of what flows down? Let's say a small to med size Corp profits 1M. Take away your theoretical 4

I guess it doesn't make sense to me to compare individual taxes vs corporate. They are completely different structures and rates.

My guess is the average use would be a load of materials or tools in the bed. I doubt people are buying this to tow large loads or longer hauls.

I don't know where you came up with that number or what kind of point you're trying to make, so I don't have any examples for you. I'm merely referring to the myriad of taxes and fees you have to stay on top of as a bus

This is a pretty standard government shakedown, done nationwide. Small businesses get hit with assessments annually on "property" values. Businesses with expensive machinery get hit really hard. If the assessor is not permitted

The tough part prosecutors sometimes find themselves in is the need to collect ongoing evidence to build a case. Not sure what all the conditions were in this case but I feel like having several victims would be cause enough.

When airflow around an object is spoiled, not aerodynamic, it creates oscillations of high and low pressure. Here's an example of buffeting on a wing during a stall. https://youtu.be/6UlsArvbTeo?t=94

So I can drop a 4K clip in Premiere and compress it to 1mbps.... Would you still call that 4K? Wouldn't you agree the difference between 4K compressed vs. uncompressed is astounding? Wouldn't you agree we're getting screwed

Not surprised all these stats are a complete load of crap. The biggest crime is cable companies and streaming services claiming 4k when it is throttled at 30mbps.

Yea, let's repeal Prop 13, our state needs to collect more money. As if they high gas prices and income taxes aren't enough... let's get the taxpayers once more, through their property. Does anybody actually think raising p

I see the opening pic with a cold, raw tortilla and thought, they're already doing it wrong. Go to a good Mexican restaurant and learn how to prepare food properly, then you'll see this tape is unnecessary. Maybe I'm spoile

All I said was I don't want some poorly engineered EVTOL crashing in my yard. What's that got to do with NIMBY or CO2? Regulation will hopefully prevent disasters. Is it really a NIMBY attitude to ask that a thousand+ pound con

When a rocket is launched out of a remote area to over the ocean, with a self destruct button, I'm not really worried. When a glorified quad copter with cheap LIPOs is over a populated area, I am worried.

Another prime example of how ML and AI aren't mature. With all the data google collects, they have to rely on minimum wagers to "find" the best results.

We have some DVDs for our kids - they're the worst! They are frontloaded with 20 mins of ads which my kids can't figure out how to skip. They hate it and it's unbearable.
