As per conversation elsewhere, I think you've fallen for some popular but untrue / unfair narratives about EA. But I want to take another tack. I never see anybody make the following argument. Probably that's because other pe

Well, there are some fairly obvious answers: EA had a fairly easy time in the media for a while which probably made its "leadership" a bit careless. The EA foundation didn't start to seriously disassociate itself from SBF unt

The work I do is / was largely funded by USAID so I'm biased, but from literally everything I've seen EA people are unanimously horrified by the gutting of USAID. And EA people are overwhelmingly pro "tax the rich".

Similarly, the reason comments like yours get voted to the top of discussions about EA is that they imply "It's best if rich people keep their money, because the people trying to save poor people's lives are actually bad"

I don't really understand your issue sorry, but my thing basically just writes the audio output to a buffer, and the DMA and PIO "automatically" send that to the I2S output. There's also some messing about with ping pong

It's not kid friendly, but in case anybody's interested I just wrote up how I made a simple "hardware" synth by bodging together a Raspberry Pi Pico 2 and I2S audio module, total cost around £10 on Amazon UK. The hardwar

Yeah the page is currently loading very quickly and is very easy to read due to an issue with Cloudflare. Edit: If I'm honest, I find this specific css fairly innocuous. I have a more general grudge that raw HTML is easy, free and acce

There is nothing that needs fixing? Both my link and yours give the same "primary" definition for "bare metal". Which is not unequivocally the correct definition, but it's the one I and the person I was replying to

Yes, but if you look up "bare metal" it goes to the page about actual bare metal (aka "bare machines" or whatever). Can we stop this now? Please?

I indeed deliberately pasted a link that shows what happens when you try to go to the Wikipedia page for "bare metal".

Wikipedia still thinks it means the thing I (and presumably you) do. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bare_metal Edit: For clarity, wikipedia does also have pages with other meanings of "bare metal", including &

I mean, you do need an ssh server. Basically ssh can run commands on the remote machine. Most commonly the command would be a shell, but it can also be git commands.

I think word is sometimes used as a cudgel to derail reasonable discussion. I still think it has its place and at this point, yeah I'm going to say you're unambiguously an antisemite.

I don't really want to get into the A word thing, but your position makes more sense to me from a perspective of being anti-Jewish, rather than pro-Palestinian. From the latter perspective, I think it's better to challenge Israel&

You linked audio of a phone call from a Hamas terrorist, as evidence that "Palestinians don't discern Jews and Israelis". I hope you can see the irony there. There's also, I think, an irony that antisemites and Zionists

In reality, when people talk about "vibe coding" they're probably either being self-deprecating (if it's their own work) or snarky (if it's somebody else's). I've made a couple of things lately that I some
