FWIW, they don't ship finished bikes or treadmills to customers. There is a final "assembly" that takes place in the owner's home. Just putting the pieces together, nothing too intense and lasts maybe 30 minutes. I got

I think it is mostly an issue with quality control. I've had horrible luck with thermapen knockoffs. Temps all over the place, battery compartment loose, miscalibrated out of the box. If you found one that works, awesome! But I

I use notepad to take notes on calls. Opens very quickly. Other editors are usually filled with my other work. I can just pop open a blank text doc, take some notes, save it, and exit.

Yes... medication and therapy has helped though. Therapy helped FOMO (activities OR information) by letting me accept not knowing/experiencing things. It allows me to finally be ok with closing tabs I haven't looked at in months
