It just seems like „my“ (the local) logic simply does not apply to Texas. Generalization oftentimes doesn’t work ;) For the bavarian part, there are certainly „Meth Cities“ right at the border.

That’s because Bavaria is close to the Czech republic and the bavarian/czech border is a well known import corridor. Google further info on that, if you’re interested. Also, I invite you to compare the NRW numbers to the Berlin ones.

Not with the current models. They were constructed for long haul flights and frequent takeoffs and landings on rather short haul routes will result in a faster degradation of the airframe, meaning safety concerns and high maintenance costs.

Yes I do. But I also know that if I commit to something, applying for a visa is an effort that's acceptable. Some years ago, I wanted to go to the US for a while and guess what - I got a visa and made it work.
